Cancellation and Refund Policy

Everyone attending the conference must register and pay the registration fees.

This rule does not apply to invited speakers, as registration fee is waived for them.

We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 30% of the conference fees.

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to info@maarefah-events.com

Cancellations made after, as well as ‘no shows’, are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed one month after the event completion date.
